Prices are inclusive of VAT
Residence - Prices are weekly and include:Security deposit of € 100,00 for any damage or additional cleaning, refunded on departure if the accommodation will be returned without damages and in order

- Final cleaning (The hob must be cleaned by the customer)

- Swimming pool (obligatoy use of swimming cap)
Prices do not include:
Cleaning of the kitchenette at the customer's charge, otherwise the management will retain from thesecurity deposit the sum of € 50.00 for the service
Extra bed (bed linen) € 10,00 per day in bed (free of charge for children up to 5 years not completed)
Bed and bath linen (excluding blankets): € 10,00 per week per person; Linen must be requested at the time of booking or before arrival
Dogs / cats allowed additional cost of € 25,00 per week Beach equipment rental n.2 beds + 1 beach umbrella € 50,00 one week € 90,00 two weeks
Stay and booking:
The stay goes from Saturday to Saturday
Check-in and delivery from 16.00 to 19.00
Check-out within 9am
The reservation must be made by e-mail or fax, followed by the payment of a deposit equal to 40% of the total stay If no deposit is received within 15 days of the booking date, the cancellation of the booking will be canceled without further notice from the Village
The balance will be paid on arrival
With the addition of € 100.00 of non-interest-bearing security deposit, which will be made at the end of the stay if the accommodation will be returned without
damage, in order and with the kitchenette cleanIn case of early departure for any reason, no reimbursement is provided
In case of cancellation, it is valid as indicated in the Regulations.

Beach equipment rental:
N.2 beds + 1 umbrella € 50,00 one week; € 90,00 two weeks.
NOTE: In case of introduction of the City Tax, the Management may require payment on site.
